(鈥濨ank鈥�) informuje, 偶e 30 stycznia 2025 r., po uzyskaniu niezb臋dnych zg贸d korporacyjnych, Bank zawar艂 z kontrahentem aneks do umowy gwarancji zapewniaj膮cej nierzeczywist膮 ochron臋 kredytow膮 w odniesieniu do portfela wyselekcjonowanych korporacyjnych wierzytelno艣ci kredytowych Banku, zgodnie z rozporz膮dzeniem CRR (鈥濭warancja鈥�). Na skutek zawarcia tego aneksu warunki Gwarancji zmieni艂y si臋 w ten spos贸b, 偶e ca艂kowita warto艣膰 portfela wierzytelno艣ci Banku obj臋tego Gwarancj膮 wynosi 16.886.154.516,07 PLN, a portfel sk艂ada si臋 z portfela obligacji o warto艣ci 2.365.342.000,56 PLN (鈥濸ortfel A鈥�) oraz portfela pozosta艂ych wierzytelno艣ci o warto艣ci 14.520.812.515,51 PLN (鈥濸ortfel B鈥�). Wska藕nik pokrycia Gwarancj膮 wynosi 100% - w odniesieniu do Portfela A oraz 80% - w odniesieniu do Portfela B, przy czym ca艂kowita maksymalna kwota Gwarancji pozosta艂a na nie zmienionym poziomie i wynosi 13.981.992.012,92 PLN. |

| Report No. 6/2025 鈥� Amendment to the guarantee agreement Legal basis: Article 17(1) of the MAR Regulation the Report: Referring to the reports No. 5/2023 and No. 20/2024 the Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (the 鈥濨ank鈥�) hereby informs that on 30 January 2025, after having obtained the required corporate approvals, the Bank concluded an amendment to the guarantee agreement with a counterparty providing for unfunded credit protection with respect of a portfolio of selected corporate exposures of the Bank, within the meaning of the Capital Requirements Regulation, CRR (the 鈥淕uarantee鈥�). As a result of the conclusion of this amendment, the terms of the Guarantee have changed so that the total value of the portfolio covered under the Guarantee amounts to PLN 16,886,154,516.07 and the portfolio comprises of a portfolio of bonds, with a value of PLN 2,365,342,000.56 (鈥淧ortfolio A鈥�) and a portfolio of other exposures, with a value of PLN 14,520,812,515.51 (鈥淧ortfolio B鈥�). The coverage ratio under the Guarantee is 100% - in respect of Portfolio A and 80% - in respect of Portfolio B, whereby the total maximum amount of the Guarantee remained unchanged and is PLN 13,981,992,012.92. |
