W za艂膮czeniu do niniejszego raportu Emitent przekazuje aktualne brzmienie Statutu 厂辫贸艂办颈 w polskiej, angielskiej oraz esto艅skiej wersji j臋zykowej. The Management Board of FON SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that on 20/01/2025, the Commercial Companies Register (Ariregister), competent for Estonian law, registered the amendments to the Company's Articles of Association resulting from the resolutions adopted at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 2/01/2025. In connection with the above, the current wording of point 2.1 and 2.4 of the Company's Articles of Association is as follows: 鈥�2.1. The minimum amount of share capital of the Company is 6聽475聽000 (six million four hundred seventy-five thousand) euros and the maximum amount of share capital is 25聽900聽000 (twenty-five million nine hundred thousand) euros.鈥� 鈥�2.4 The minimum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 64聽750聽000 (sixty-four million seven hundred fifty thousand) shares and the maximum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 259聽000聽000 (two hundred fifty-nine million) shares.鈥� Attached to this report, the Issuer provides the current wording of the Articles of Association in the Polish, English and Estonian language versions. |
