Kredyt zosta艂 udzielony na okres od dnia 21 marca 2025 roku do dnia 31 pa藕dziernika 2026 roku. Zabezpieczenie kredytu stanowi膮: a) gwarancja sp艂aty kredytu Banku Gospodarstwa Krajowego (鈥濨GK鈥�), b) weksel w艂asny in blanco z wystawienia 厂辫贸艂办颈 wraz z deklaracj膮 wekslow膮. 2. umow臋 kredytu obrotowego nieodnawialnego w kwocie 8.500.000,00 PLN. Kredyt zosta艂 udzielony na okres od dnia 21 marca 2025 roku do dnia 30 listopada 2026 roku. Zabezpieczenie kredytu stanowi膮: c) gwarancja sp艂aty kredytu BGK; d) weksel w艂asny in blanco z wystawienia 厂辫贸艂办颈 wraz z deklaracj膮 wekslow膮. Postanowienia powy偶szych um贸w nie odbiegaj膮 od warunk贸w rynkowych dla tego typu um贸w. Zarz膮d 厂辫贸艂办颈 informuje, 偶e w dniu dzisiejszym, tj. 21 marca 2025 roku Sp贸艂ka zawar艂a trzy umowy kredytu obrotowego nieodnawialnego na 艂膮czn膮 kwot臋 25.500.000 PLN oraz Aneks do umowy limitu kredytowego wielocelowego z dnia 10 kwietnia 2024 roku zgodnie z kt贸rym podwy偶szony zosta艂 limit kredytowy o kwot臋 9.500.000,00 PLN do kwoty 24.500.000,00 PLN, o kt贸rym Sp贸艂ka informowa艂a raportem bie偶膮cym 11/2025. |

| Current report number: 12/2025 Date: 21 March 2025 Legal basis: Art. 17 section 1 of MAR 鈥� inside information Subject: Conclusion of loan agreements with PKO BP S.A. The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the 鈥淐ompany鈥�) in reference to current report no. 11/2025, hereby announces that on March 21, 2025, the Company concluded with Powszechna Kasa Oszcz臋dno艣ci Bank Polski Sp贸艂ka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as "PKO BP"), together with the agreements about which the Company informed in current report 11/2025: 1. a non-revolving working capital loan agreement in the amount of PLN 8,500,000.00. The loan was granted for the period from March 21, 2025 to October 31, 2026. The loan is secured by: a) a loan repayment guarantee from Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego ("BGK"), b) a blank promissory note issued by the Company together with a promissory note declaration. 2. a non-revolving working capital loan agreement in the amount of PLN 8,500,000.00. The loan was granted for the period from March 21, 2025 to November 30, 2026. The loan is secured by: c) a BGK loan repayment guarantee; d) a blank promissory note issued by the Company together with a promissory note declaration. The provisions of the above agreements do not differ from market conditions for this type of agreement. The Management Board of the Company informs that today, i.e. on March 21, 2025, the Company concluded three non-revolving working capital loan agreements for a total amount of PLN 25,500,000 and an Annex to the multi-purpose credit limit agreement of April 10, 2024, according to which the credit limit was increased by PLN 9,500,000.00 to PLN 24,500,000.00, about which the Company informed in current report 11/2025.
